Turlock parents looking for a few hours to unwind, have a stressless dinner, run errands or enjoy a date night will have an opportunity to do so later this month thanks to the City of Turlock’s recreation office.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 24, the city will host a “Parent Night Out” event at the Turlock Senior Center, where children in TK through sixth grade can participate in an evening of safe, supervised fun while parents and guardians take time for themselves. Activities for the kids include arts and crafts and games, with pizza and snacks available.
The event is $20 per child.
Families are encouraged to register early through Community Pass, as spots are limited. The Community Pass registration system can be accessed at www.cityofturlock.org/recreation.
Those who need assistance with registration or have questions about the event can contact the recreation office at (209) 668-5594. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
