Westside Ministries, with the help of 4x4 in Motion, Turlock Gospel Mission, Cost Less Market, Modesto Salvation Army and Inter-Faith Ministries, was able to hand out over 350 Thanksgiving meal food boxes during a drive-thru event in Turlock on Thursday. The Turlock BLM’s first “Feed the Block” event was a success, said co-founder Jaimee Ellison, with the organization feeding about 50 people.
