Modesto Taco Festival
The Modesto Taco Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday on I Street between 11th and 12th streets and on 12th Street between J and I streets in downtown Modesto.

Modesto Taco Festival: The Modesto Taco Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday on I Street between 11th and 12th streets and on 12th Street between J and I streets in downtown Modesto. There will be over 40 taco vendors, Chihuahua races, folklorico performances, live music and more.

Wellness Art Club: The Wellness Art Club, led by recreational therapist Jesse Hunt, will include artmaking as a coping skill and lifestyle lessons to support positive mental health. The art club will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Carnegie Arts Center, 250 N. Broadway, Turlock.

Cinderella: The Central West Ballet will present the classic fairytale “Cinderella” at the Gallo Center for the Arts at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. For tickets, visit galloarts.org.

Star Wars: The State Theatre in downtown Modesto will have a Star Wars marathon over the weekend. “A New Hope” will play at 1 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday, “The Empire Strikes Back” at 4 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday, “Return of the Jedi” at 7 p.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday.

Dungeon Synth: The Queen Bean Coffee House will host Dungeon Synth, a fantasy music concert with games, local artists, vendors and more from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. Dress to quest! The Queen Bean is located at 1126 14th St., Modesto.
