Charles is survived by Dean, his loving wife of soon to be 59 years; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Debbie; daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Brion; five grandchildren and their spouses; six great-grandchildren, with three on the way; brother, Fred; sisters, Georgia and Doris; and several nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Wed, June 25th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Allen Mortuary.   Funeral Service will be at Allen Mortuary on Thursday, June 26th at 2pm. Private burial will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
