David Haman Lewis, Jr., 87, passed away June 26, 2011, at St. Joseph’s

Medical Center in Stockton. He was born June of 1924, in San Francisco,

California to the late David and Hilda Lewis. He enlisted in the United

States Army and served during WWII. He lived in Turlock in the late

1940’s. He worked for the City of San Francisco for 20 years and settled

in Stockton 10 years ago.

He is survived by his loving wife Pearl Lewis; numerous brothers and

sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 starting at 8:30am with

the funeral to follow at 10:00am at Allen Mortuary. Interment will be

held at Turlock Memorial Park.
