Edna “Pearl” Sullivan, 84, of Ceres, passed away peacefully on Sunday at Brandel Manor. She was born in Call City, Okla. She came to California in earlier years with her husband, Wesley, by way of Texas and Arizona. They raised their family and stayed busy working in the food industry. They enjoyed traveling and eating out. In their travels, they often went back to Arkansas, Oklahoma and Arizona to visit family and old friends.
She was a hard worker and a great cook. Her family was always a priority to her. Pearl and Wesley were also faithful members of Keyes Assemblies of God
Church.
Pearl is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wesley; her eight children, Carolyn Sue of Yuba City, Catherine Marie of Arkansas, Betty Louise of Southern California, Sharon Kay of Marysville and Barbara Jean of Monterey, and Nikki, Archie Lee and Anette of Ceres; 17 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
A graveside service to honor her memory will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 16 at North Hilmar Cemetery.
