Joe was born in Santa Barbara, Terceira, Azores on May 9, 1939 and passed away on Dec. 12, 2015 at the age of 76.  He leaves his wife of almost 30 years, Bonnie Artrip-Pacheco of Turlock, granddaughter, Toni Pacheco of Sanger, sister, Lucy (Jack) Hulsey of Visalia, step daughters, Windy Pacheco, Jodee Turner and Dawn Miller, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many wonderful friends.

Memorial Service and Supper will be held at 2 PM on Sat. Jan. 16, 2016, at the Church of God, 7099 California St. Winton, CA.
