Marge was born in Winton, CA to Earl & Esther Falke. She moved to Hilmar, CA at an early age. She was the oldest of seven children - Bud (Earl Jr.), Bob, Virginia Brown, Ray Wally, and Walt. All preceded her in death.  

Marge attended Hilmar schools and Modesto Junior College.

On July 1, 1939, she married John (Jack) Bryson Wilkey, Jack and Marge lived in Turlock and raised three sons, Jack (Pat), Dick (Donna), and Randy (fiancé, Roxanne Willingham), six grandchildren, Donald (DeeAnn) Wilkey, Tami (Ray) Mendonca, Cheryl (Paul) Mayol, Danette (Tony) Toso, Denyse (Leif) Bergman, and Bryson Wilkey, and eleven great grandchildren, T.C. (Kala) Mendonca, Tom Mendonca, Alyssa and Gianna Toso, Madison, Sophie and Zach Mayol, Halie, Hannah and Isaac Bergman and Michael Wilkey. 

Marge was preceded in death by her husband Jack, in 1993.

Marge was active in the Tegner and Chatom Parents Club, Turlock Horsemen’s Club, and the Red Hat Society. She was also an active member of the Hilmar Berea Lutheran Church and a volunteer at Emanuel Hospital. Marge raised chickens for many years and worked at the Turlock High School cafeteria.

A graveside service will be held today  at 11am September 4, 2015 at North Hilmar Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to your favorite charity.
