Nellie Mae (Weiss) Trautman, 91 of Turlock, died Sunday at the Hospice House in Hughson.

Mrs. Trautman, a godly woman, was born in San Francisco but lived most of her life in Hilmar and Turlock.  She taught for over twenty years in the Stevenson and Livingston elementary schools.  She attended Hilmar Covenant Church, and enjoyed reading and Bible study.

She is survived by her children, David Trautman of Charlottesville, VA; Dr. Thomas Trautman of Plymouth, MN; and Deborah Snow of Iron River, MI; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Stuart, and husband, Hilmer. 

Remembrances may be made in Nellie’s name to Hilmar Covenant Church Memorial Fund, 8150 N. Lander Ave., Hilmar, CA 95324.

A Memorial Service will be at 11 am, Wednesday May 31, 2017 at Hilmar Covenant Church.  Private burial will be held at North Hilmar Cemetery.  Please share your memories at www.AllenMortuary.com.
