After watching both 2018 Turlock Mayoral Debates, I realized that Mayor Gary Soiseth is still the only man with the answers.  The negativity and attitude of his two main opponents is stressing to watch.  I first met Gary four years ago when he spoke to my class at Modesto Junior College, my professor invited several candidates, and Gary was the only one to  accept the invitation.  I found him to be passionate about the community and the future of Turlock, over the next four years I came to know him better, and now call him a friend.

I have seen the use of scare tactics and slander against a man I know to have class and integrity. The debate made me proud to see him stand up and continue to fight on the issues only.  I grew up the son of immigrants in Denair, and this year I am registering to vote in Turlock solely to cast my vote for Gary Soiseth!
