The USTFCCCA announced the All-Region teams on Friday and 11 Warriors collectively received 13 awards in men's and women's track and field.
Terrance Ellis and Josh Uikilifi are two-time All-Region winners as they lead the Warriors. Ellis is a two-time winner in the 800-meter run and the 4x400 meter relays. Uikilifi is an all-region pick in shot put and hammer.
Student-athletes are named All-Region based on performance as one of the top five in individual events and each member of a relay ranked in the region's top three.
Joining Ellis as part of the relay team are Jordan Elzie, Jeremy Roberts and Rory Rodriguez.
Also earning All-Region honors on the men's team are Thomas Gesser in the hammer, Caleb Monticalvo in the pole vault and Dawson Vorderbruegge in the 1500-meter run.
On the women's team, Denali Foldager (steeplechase), Marina Ghabbour (1500-meters) and Channing Wilson(javelin) are all All-Region honorees.
Eight of the 11 All-Region picks are participating at the NCAA Championships in Pueblo, Colo. next week.
