The Pride Wrestling Academy competed in the Flo Reno Worlds from April 5-8, and when the lengthy event concluded, a total of five local wrestlers had placed fourth or better, including one champion. Lily Freitas took the 134-pound 15 and under championship and was named Outstanding Wrestler of Tournament. Other winners included: Alana Ontiveros (135) 12U —3rd place; Ryan Lankford (130) 10U — 4th place; Lilly Avalos (110) 12U — 2nd place; Mason Ontiveros (90) 10U — 2nd place.
