Walnut student earns third place in national competition

Walnut Elementary School student Johnathan Temple displayed his winning helmet after placing third in the National competition for Punt, Pass and Kick. He demonstrated his skills on the San Diego Chargers field during the playoff game against the New York Jets. The Punt, Pass and Kick program sent Temple and his family to San Diego for the weekend to enjoy SeaWorld and the playoff game before Temple had his one-time shot to show off his football techniques.
