Search underway for Modesto homicide suspect

The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 26-year old Clarence Moore, who has been identified by detectives as a suspect in the homicide of 49-year old Louis Ramos of Modesto. 

Moore is described as a black male, 6 foot tall, approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

On July 1, at approximately 9:30 a.m. sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 1700 Block of Donald Street in Modesto for a person who had been shot. When deputies arrived they found Ramos with multiple gunshot wounds. Ramos was transported to a local area hospital where he later died.
