Republican Congressional candidate Ted Howze and a group of volunteers — which included popular conservative activist Scott Presler — came together last weekend to clean up a former homeless encampment underneath the Monte Vista Crossings sign off Highway 99. According to Howze, “Team Ted” was able to remove more than two tons of trash from the area and returned later in the week to cover up the graffiti at the base of the sign.

“Cleaning our valley gateways and roadways makes a huge difference in attracting businesses and jobs to our communities,” Howze said. “I am so proud of our team for making a positive difference for the valley!”
