Geer Gardens shopping center is home to a new yogurt shop that features a wide variety of yogurts and toppings, a drive-thru window and a casual environment for the community to enjoy.

“I think we’ve got some amazing yogurt to offer Turlock and we’re always introducing new flavors,” said owner Larry Young prior to their grand opening. “Our people are excited to serve Turlock and are passionate to sell frozen yogurt and I think people will taste that.”

There are four Yogurt Mill locations, three being in Modesto. Their doors first opened in 1984.

“The Yogurt Mill is a great place for groups of people to spend time and hang out,” said Jessica Winans, store manager of Turlock location. “We’ve created an environment where you can sit and hang out, watch movies, play games. There’s even outdoor dining with heaters when it’s cold.”

The different types of yogurt include no sugar added, non-dairy, fat-free, non-fat and gluten free, alongside a wide array of 47 toppings.

Each machine offers two flavors that combine for a total of 21 different flavor combinations to choose from.

“This shop is different from other yogurt places,” said Winans, “It’s been family owned with its name in business for over 30 years. You can expect great customer service and even better yogurt.”
