Turlock Police Officer Amanda Alberti may have been stumped by the word “wool” on her “Wheel of Fortune” appearance, but she still walked away a winner.
Alberti, whose appearance on the show aired Tuesday night, made it all the way to the final round of the popular game show. Given the final clue of “Thing” Alberti had the last word “cap,” but was unable to come up with “wool” during the allotted time.
Alberti ended her game show experience with $15,750 to her name. She was joined on stage by her husband Mark Alberti, also a Turlock police officer and her parents.
Alberti auditioned for the show at a Wheel mobile event in Stockton.
