Andrew Lawrence Fliflet was born in Barron, Wisconsin and passed away in Modesto on December 20, 2015. He was raised in Wisconsin until he moved with his family to Turlock where he started his first year of high school at Turlock High School. He began his extended education in San Francisco at Glad Tiding Bible School which became Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz. Andrew was an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God for 65 years and pastored in Northern California, Enterprise, Redding, Portola, Dunsmuir, Loyalton and Chester. Andrew married Janet Brown from Weaverville, CA and they were married for 63 years. Together they had two sons, Michael and Jim Fliflet and three daughters Margaret Callins, Ruth Booth and Pam Taylor. 

Visitation will be held at Allen Mortuary on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 3:00-7:00p.m. Funeral services will be at New Life Christian Center on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1:00p.m. with burial to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
