James “Jamie” Damiano passed away on December 4. He lived most of his life in Fort Bragg, California, in homes he built himself. He excelled in his chosen field of constructing and remodeling homes. He also excelled in athletic competition. After setting a track record at Turlock High School, he continued to compete in marathons and triathlons into his 70’s.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lura; his parents, Frank and Marion Damiano; and his brother, John. He leaves behind his sister, Kathy Tucker; his sister-in-law, Anita Damiano; and nieces and nephews.
