The Turlock Police Department received 509 total calls, 415 calls for service and reported 95 officer-initiated calls from April 8-10, 2026.

The department took 47 reports, responded to 7 traffic collisions and made 16 arrests.

Arrests for April 8-10, 2026:

  • Cortni Holtzclaw, 45, was arrested in the 1200 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on April 8 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Jose Cisneros, 44, was arrested on the corner of Angelus and Spruce streets on April 8 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge.
  • Terry Sump, 47, was arrested on the corner of W. Linwood Avenue and West Avenue South on April 8 for violation of a court order for domestic violence.
  • Adan Tapiahernandez, 33, was arrested in the 1800 block of Lander Avenue on April 8 for forgery and obtaining money under false pretenses.
  • Herlin Derosaperez, 21, was arrested in the 1100 block of Park Street on April 9 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
  • Dix Herbert, 56, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Glenwood Avenue on April 9 for violation of a court order for domestic violence and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Shane Rodgers, 37, was arrested in the 100 block of S. First Street on April 9 for possession of paraphernalia.
  • December Wallace, 36, was arrested in the 1900 block of Lander Avenue on April 9 for being under the influence of a controlled substance, fighting in a public place, making criminal threats, obstructing a peace officer.
  • Anthony Leyva, 35, was arrested on the corner of E. Minnesota Avenue and Geer Road on April 9 for evading police, obstructing a peace officer and possession of a narcotic controlled substance.
  • Nolan Hulstine, 62, was arrested on the corner of D Street and Lander Avenue on April 9 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
  • Charmaine Thompson, 40, was arrested on the corner of Lander Avenue and W. Main Street on April 9 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Nikko Gil, 34, was arrested in the 1800 block of Countryside Drive on April 9 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
  • Chace Wanamaker, 39, was arrested in the 300 block of S. Tully Road on April 9 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge.
  • James Rich, 36, was arrested in the 1000 block of W. Zeering Road on April 9 for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.
  • Natalie Duenas, 35, was arrested on the corner of C Street and Lander Avenue on April 9 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Rolando Rodriguez, 50, was arrested in the 1600 block of East Avenue on April 9 for disorderly conduct with alcohol and violation of a court order for domestic violence.
  • Ryan Hanson, 41, was arrested in the 1200 block of Cahill Avenue on April 9 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
  • Jaime Padilla, 20, was arrested on the corner of N. Tully Road and W. Main Street on April 9 for possession of a narcotic controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, and evading a peace officer.
