John’s life journey ended at home on Wednesday, December 17,2014 at 8:18p.m. He began a new life with those that preceded him in death; his beloved wife Imogene; daughter Brenda and his brother Paul.

He is survived by his two sons Randy and Andrew; siblings Dot, Eva, Dave, Goldie, Tom; brother- in-law Gene Dowdy; and a host of nieces and nephews. John enjoyed singing at the rest home with his brothers and sisters. He was recently honored for his military service during the Korean war.

Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 3:00-6:00p.m.

Graveside service will be at Ceres Memorial Park on Tuesday, December 23rd at 12:00p.m.
