After a 9 month battle with cancer, Bob passed away peacefully on May 3 at his daughter’s home in Angels Camp, surrounded by family. He is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter & son-in law Julie & Greg Douglas, and grandaughters Lindsey Perkins and Natalie Ramos. He is also survived by his sisters, Darlene Davis of Vacaville and Shirley Morris of Cottage Grove, Oregon. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Lagan, and brother, Carlos Perkins.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated and his ashes will be scattered in June in his beloved home state of Oregon. He was a simple man, did not like funerals and wished for his loved ones to gather, listen to music, have a beer and reminisce. Please join his family for his Celebration of Life at one of his favorite places to be, Family Cycle Center - 1331 Lander Avenue in Turlock. We will gather there on Saturday, May 19th from 1-4pm. Wear your favorite jeans and t-shirt, enjoy a backyard BBQ and some Johnny Cash in his honor.
