Sally Pearce, 73, of Turlock passed away at Paramount Court Senior Living on Tuesday, December 13. She was born in Modesto to Elmer and Josephine Francis in 1938. She was raised in Modesto, Turlock and Oakland, graduating from high school in Oakland. She had lived in Oakland until 1970, when she moved back to Turlock. Sally was an executive secretary for the CSUS Athletic Department working under several athletic directors. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Turlock. Besides volunteering at United Samaritans Foundation and Weight Watchers she was an avid walker. God and family were her life.
Sally is survived by her daughter Alana Forrest of San Jose, CA. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jack Pearce and sister Patty Vargus.
Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Mortuary. A visitation will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, December 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, December 17th at 11:30 a.m., followed by burial at Turlock Memorial Park.
