Viewing for Yolanda Fuentes, 54, will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by a rosary at 7 p.m., on Aug. 6 at Turlock Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock. A funeral mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 7 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 600 N. Rose St., Turlock. She died on July 25, after being involved in a car accident in Turlock.
Yolanda is the daughter Fidelia Guillen and the late Otilio. She was born in Michoacan, Mexico and was second to the eldest of eight children. Yolanda was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother who always had strength that kept the family together.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Marcos Fuentes, and children, Marcos Jr., 37, Hilda, 34, Yolanda, 31 and Mabel 29. She was “Buela” to Manuel, 14, Angelina, 12, Melina, 9, Marissa, 4, Brandon, 4 and Daniel (soon to arrive).
