Dear Editor,
I am a little confused as to why we would be talking about spending millions of dollars on the rebuilding of an art center, when many have written over and over again to the Journal regarding the need for repairing our streets and roads that are in terrible condition.
I don’t understand why there has not been an explanation to the citizens of this community regarding our street problem. Please someone, give us an explanation as to why our funds are not put to work to repair our streets and roads. Who is in charge of this?
