The robbery was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday.

The victim had been riding his bicycle near Crane Park on E. Canal Drive when he was approached by three men and attacked. The men stole some of his personal property and then left the scene in an older model green Honda.

A Turlock Police officer who responded to the robbery call spotted a vehicle matching the description provided by the victim and conducted a traffic stop.

Inside the vehicle the officer found the property belonging to the victim, Holeman said.

Arrested on suspicion of robbery were: Joshua Trimble, 23, Marlo Variste, 25, and Isaiah Singh, 21. Trimble also had a warrant out for his arrest. As of Friday afternoon, all three remain in custody at the Stanislaus County Jail.
