Man threatens victim with Taser

A dispute between two men led to the arrest of one after he threatened to use a Taser on the other.

The Taser was never used, but Gordon Crisp, 66, was arrested for making criminal threats, according to the Turlock Police Department.

The altercation was reported at 3:45 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Lander Avenue.

The victim told police officers he was approached by Crisp, who was armed with a Taser.

According to the police report, Crisp turned the Taser on and threatened to kill the victim with it.

The victim left the area and reported the threat to the police department.

Crisp was located at his residence and taken into custody.

It’s unknown what was behind the altercation, but Crisp does reside in a home that is behind a business where the victim was working.
