A woman seen on video surveillance destroying planter boxes outside a Turlock restaurant has been identified through the widely circulated video on social media. The woman’s name was not released because she was not arrested, but the case has been sent to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, and they will determine if charges will be filed. The video surveillance from 10 East Kitchen and Tap Room on Main Street was taken sometime early Monday and captured footage of a woman destroying a planter box outside the eatery’s patio.
