Turlock drug bust nets six arrests

The Turlock Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team took into custody six people Tuesday morning in an investigation into ongoing drug sales out of a home on Angelus Street.

In addition to the arrests, the narcotics team seized 49 individually packaged baggies of heroin weighing over 36 grams, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis. They also recovered a large amount of cash at the home.

The search warrant was served at a home in the 200 block of Angelus Street.

The home’s primary occupant, Albert Padilla, 38, was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin with the intent to sale.

Five other people at the home were arrested for various charges.

Daniel Cox, 36, was arrested for an outstanding domestic violence warrant. Linda Vigil, 50, was arrested for an outstanding child endangerment warrant. Felicia Vigil, 24, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Shauntae Moore, 39, was arrested for an outstanding drug possession warrant, and Lalonnie Arquette, 43, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
