The Turlock Police Department received 529 total calls, 431 calls for service and reported 104 officer-initiated calls from Oct. 12-14, 2026.

The department took 34 reports, responded to 21 traffic collisions and made 6 arrests.

Arrests for Oct. 12-14, 2026:

• Michael Michalec Serna, 36, was arrested in the 100 block of Clifford Avenue on Oct. 12 for possession of a narcotic controlled substance with two or more priors and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Dix Herbert, 58, was arrested on the corner of Montana Avenue and Freitas Park on Oct. 12 for robbery and violation of a court order for domestic violence.
• Richard Hurt, 57, was arrested on the corner of Fulkerth Road and Countryside Drive on Oct. 12 for reckless driving and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety.
• Fredrick Moore, 56, was arrested on the corner of N. Golden State Boulevard and E. Main Street on Oct. 12 for possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
• Ivan Garcia, 24, was arrested on the corner of E. Olive Avenue and N. Palm Street on Oct. 14 for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license due to a DUI.
• Joshua Whitworth, 27, was arrested in the 1100 block of Myrtle Street on Oct. 14 for driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer, driving with no proof of insurance.
