Kart Raggi, Harleen Maitla and Harry Atwal delivered pizza to their neighbor Jose Corrales Friday evening during the second day of the Know Your Neighbor event.  About 75 high school students and college students who are a part of the Jakara Movement, gathered at the Sikh Temple Turlock on Friday evening to go door to door and deliver pizzas to their neighbors.  The event allowed the Sikh community to get to know their neighbors and others to learn about their culture.

"Today we are giving out 105 pizzas to 105 families to raise awareness about Sikhs.  We also attached a flyer to each pizza with information about who Sikhs are and our background," said Jasmine Kaur. "It makes me feel really good knowing we are involving the youth and are more active with our community besides social media, we are taking a more hands-on approach."
