Benjamin Adams, 50, of Modesto died Sept. 6 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson. Benjamin was born January 1960, in New York. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 1985. He lived in Turlock for three years before he settled in Modesto 20 years ago.
He enjoyed maintaining his fish tanks. He also enjoyed flowers and cooking.
He is survived by his significant other, Michael Lopes; brother, James Adams; and two sisters, Lisa Evans and April Adams.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18 at Allen Mortuary.
