Cheryl Marie Dixon, 47, of Turlock, was born on Aug. 14, 1963 in Monticello, Iowa and passed away on Oct. 7, 2010 in Hughson, Calif.

She was a homemaker for 28 years and a member of New Life Christian Center in Turlock. She enjoyed Facebook, jet skiing, music, Raider games and collecting Raiders memorabilia.

She is survived by sons, David Boyd and his wife, Monique, of San Diego, Brandon Dixon  and his wife, Shasta, of Alabama and John “JJ” Dixon of Turlock; daughter,  Amanda Stoneking-Stanfield of Modesto; brother, Steven  Stoneking and his wife, Susan, of Osceola, Ind.; sisters, Debra Stoneking of Ceres and Pamela Hanson and her husband, Kendall, of Turlock; grandchildren, Elijah  Pulido of Turlock, Christopher Jimenez of San Diego, Ethan Nila of Ceres and Nathan Boyd of San Diego; companion, Matthew Mason-Moore of Turlock; and many nieces, nephew, friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel. A funeral service is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at  New Life Christian Center, 2918 W. Tuolumne Rd., Turlock. It will be officiated by Pastor David Larson.

 Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park.
