Frances L. Williams – 75 of Modesto passed away on Tuesday. She was born in Cordell Oklahoma to Rosia and James Collins. Raised in Denair, Frances lived in Modesto for over 30 years and worked for Gallo for 33 years before retiring.
Frances is survived by Wesley Martin of Modesto, Corena Vanderburg of Denair and Wally Martin of Ceres; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Williams, sister Nellie Baker and both of her parents.
Allen Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements. Viewing will be Sunday from 12:00pm - 8:00pm. A Graveside service will follow on Monday, November 11th at the Denair Cemetery at 11:00am.
