Gene Peter Dias, 57, of Oakdale, died June 23 in Oakdale. He was born in 1954 in Boston, Mass. He was a tax auditor for the government for 20 years.

He is survived by his sisters, Lisa Marie Dias of Lincoln and Cassandra Chavolla of Union City.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 30 at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W. McCabe Rd., Gustine. Burial will follow service.

Services are under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service of Turlock.
