Joan Snider, 86, of Turlock, passed away at her home. Joan was born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota to George and Gladyce Hartmann. She married Hallie Snider in April of 1952 in Sterling, Colorado. Hallie was a World War II Veteran who served in the US Navy. Joan worked in retail sales for over 40 years. She was married to Hal for 51 years before he passed away in 2003. Hal was a life member of the VFW and Joan was a 25 year member of the VFW Auxiliary. 

  Joan is survived by her daughter Susan Razwick and sons Rick (Patty) Snider and Jevan Losbaugh; 5 grandchildren: Courtney (Jason), Brittany, Kellee, Samantha and Scott; and 2 great-grandchildren Hailey and Jackson.

  In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public service. She will be buried with her husband Hal at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
