Julia was born in Vermont to Joseph and Mary Spinelli. For 40 years of her life she lived in San Francisco. In 1998, she moved to Modesto, and for the last two years she lived in Turlock. She especially loved to read, watch all of her soaps, TV game shows, and do crossword puzzles. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church of San Francisco.
She is survived by sons, Michael Damon of Turlock and James Damon of Thailand; daughters, Louise Flackmann of Whitethorn, Calif., Linda Bremer of Newton, Kansas and Pat Call of Concord, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren.
Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Damon in 1981; and son, William Damon in 2004.
Her family and friends will truly miss her. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements made by Turlock Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
