Kenneth Falkenberg, of Turlock, passed away at home after a two year battle with cancer. Kenneth was born in Caldwell, Kansas to Bert and Rita Falkenberg. He attended school in Claremore, OK before moving to California at age 12. He attended Hawthorne School and Turlock High School. After high school he served in the National Guard and worked 32 years for Hartvickson Poultry. He became a self-employed poultry hauler for a total of 56 years before retiring in 2000. Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings: Betty Souza, Bob Falkenberg, Sue Rice, and Lilly Huber. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lucy Falkenberg, 4 children: Michael (Karen) Falkenberg, Danny (Alexis) Falkenberg, Trudy Coats, and Kenneth Dale Falkenberg, 2 sisters: Wanda Waterson and Barbara Allen, 12 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at Allen Mortuary on Thursday, Oct 23rd from 4 to 6 pm. Rosary will be at Allen Mortuary on Friday, Oct. 24th at 10 am. Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
