Michael McGlinn Martinez, 47, passed away on Thursday.  He was born at the U.S. Army Kuma Station, Tokyo, Japan in 1964 to Michael McGlinn and Evelyn Martinez.  He moved to San Jose in 1966, and later settled in Turlock in 2006.  He was in the construction and auto mechanic industries for 15 years.  He enjoyed working on motorcycles and cars.
Michael is survived by his mother, Evelyn Martinez of Turlock; siblings, George Martinez Padilla of San Jose and Christine Martinez Rodriguez of Turlock; children, Nicole Martinez of San Jose, Anthony Martinez of San Jose and Andrew Martinez of Turlock; aunt, Cecelia Martinez Gaxiloa of San Jose; uncles, Robert Martinez of Las Vegas, Nev. and Albert Martinez of Penn Valley; grandchild, Gabriel Alverez; and numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Michael McGlinn.
There will be a visitation for Michael from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29 at Allen Mortuary.  A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30 at Holy Ground Ministry, 305 W. Canal Dr., Turlock.
