William “Bill” Eugene Ingram, aged 67, died Sunday, Oct 7, 2018, in Turlock, California in the presence of his daughter.  Bill was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Alfred and Clydene (Harmon) Ingram.  Though his lifelong struggle with mental illness made his life difficult, he managed to earn the love and trust of many people he met while traveling the west coast.  He is survived and profoundly missed by his daughter, Amorina “Amy” Ingram, of Spokane, Washington and his two grandchildren, Jaya (25) and Deidre (14).  Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched in a positive way by having known Billy are invited to share stories about his travels at amori99@q.com.
