My family and I met Gary Soiseth this last Saturday when he walked through my neighborhood in the rain. He spoke about his commitment to a positive campaign without negative attacks against his opponent. He spoke about moving Turlock in an even stronger direction. And he spoke about bringing new energy and new ideas to City Hall. All of which I agree with.

Gary is dedicated not only to his local community, but also his country.  After several years serving as an agriculture advisor to the United States military in Afghanistan, he started teaching at CSU Stanislaus and started working on long-term solutions to our drought literally the day after landing back on American soil.

Turlock has the opportunity to elect a man with strong and bold ideas for water, roads, and public safety which I support 100 percent. I am proud to say that I met Gary in person and that I could offer him my support face-to-face. He represented Turlock well while he served abroad and he will represent Turlock well as its next mayor. Join me in voting for a breath of fresh air: Gary Soiseth.
