To the Editor,

Turlock needs focused leadership, and Ryan Taylor is the right choice for City Council District 3.

As a small business owner and President of the Turlock Mosquito Abatement District, Ryan has a proven record of balancing budgets. He will ensure taxpayer dollars are spent transparently on essential services.

Ryan's platform addresses our most pressing issues. He will repair deteriorating streets and ensure infrastructure keeps pace with growth. For public safety, he supports fully funding police and fire while proactively addressing crime, illegal dumping, and homelessness — balancing compassion with accountability to keep parks safe for families.

He also understands entrepreneurs and will cut unnecessary regulations to help local shops thrive.

Ryan offers the planning and accountability Turlock needs. I urge voters to support Ryan Taylor in District 3.
