Since 2023, Ryan has served on the Turlock Mosquito Abatement District, becoming its youngest trustee. During his time on the board, he has helped maintain a balanced budget while ensuring the district continues providing an essential public service to our community.

In 2025, Stanislaus County recorded 0 human cases of West Nile virus. That is an important public health achievement and shows the value of effective mosquito surveillance, prevention and response.

Ryan’s record matters because he isn’t simply talking about public service he has already been doing it. He has helped oversee a public agency, made responsible decisions with taxpayer dollars and worked to protect the health and safety of residents across the region.

Turlock deserves leaders who will focus on fiscal responsibility, public safety and delivering results. Ryan Taylor has already shown that he is willing to put in the work.

His service on the Mosquito Abatement District is a strong example of the leadership and commitment Taylor would bring to the Turlock City Council.
