The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department has arrested a 39-year-old Turlock man on allegations he fatally shot another man during a heated argument. The victim has been identified by the sheriff's department as Adam Wagner, 24, of Turlock. The suspect was identified as Jaymar Brown, 39, of Turlock.
