A temporary personnel change in the City of Turlock’s senior leadership will soon be effective, as City Manager Gary Hampton will be out on leave for a medical procedure for approximately four weeks. In addition to her duties as City Attorney, Phaedra Norton will be serving as Interim City Manager for the duration of Hampton’s absence. The interim designation will be in place from Jan. 30 through March 1, when Hampton is expected to return.
