Contestants vie for 2026 District 4 Dairy Princess title

Karley Rocha of Los Banos was selected as the 2025 District 4 Dairy Princess.

Two young women will compete for the prestigious title of Dairy Princess during the District 4 Dairy Princess contest on June 18 in Turlock.

This year's contestants are Jaelyn Amabile of Los Banos and Allison Marchy of Modesto.

Jaelyn is the daughter of John and Marisa Amabile. She is a junior at Los Banos High School and plans to attend California State University, Fresno or Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo to major in Agricultural Education. Jaelyn is an active member of the Los Banos Future Farmers of America where she is on the dairy judging team and shows dairy cattle. She is on the Los Banos varsity golf team, Associated Student Body, and has served as class Treasurer.

Allison, daughter of John and Sarah Marchy, is a junior at Modesto High School. She has shown dairy cattle at the Stanislaus County Fair and is a member of the Modesto Future Farmers of America dairy cattle judging team. Allison is on the varsity girls’ basketball team, varsity softball team, and has served as news anchor for the Modesto High School student news. After graduation, she plans to pursue a degree in Animal Science/Genetics.

The young lady crowned as Dairy Princess will represent the dairy industry in Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Yolo counties where she will serve the area as an ambassador for the dairy industry with various audiences. The newly selected princess and her alternate will participate in mandatory training, provided by the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), where they will receive professional development coaching.
