History of business: Nearly three years ago, insurance salesman Greg Crivelli started a small screen printing business as a side-job, specializing in designs related to local schools.

“We did it for about six months, and then it really took off,” Crivelli said.

That success led to the July 3, 2010 opening of Crivelli’s Shirts & More, in downtown Turlock. Since then, the store has been an unmitigated success.

Business has been so good, in fact, owners Greg and Lori Crivelli are now expanding their downtown storefront to make room for more stock. And the Crivellis have been sure to give back to their faithful clients, routinely sponsoring events at local schools.

Business specialty: Crivelli’s Shirts & More primarily caters to those interested in apparel featuring the emblems of local high schools. With football season in full swing – and a slew of new freshmen looking to show their school spirit – merchandise is flying off the shelves.

“This is probably our busiest time of the year,” Lori Crivelli said.

The store features letterman jackets, t-shirts, ball caps, sweaters, jerseys, women’s apparel, and rhinestone decals, all bearing school logos.

Crivelli’s Shirts & More also does custom embroidery and screen printing for any customer, with corporate clients and local sororities as faithful customers.
