As Turlock residents, Neil Weese and Kimberly Wisdorf wanted to put their three decades of combined real estate experience to use while giving back to the community where they have raised their children, earned a living and developed countless friendships over the years. This month, that dream was realized with the launch of the couple’s real estate company, Valley Heritage Realty.
Serving the Stanislaus County and surrounding area, Weese and Wisdorf of Valley Heritage Realty’s “The Weese Team” began their new real estate firm alongside local businessman and partner Nick Hackler, providing property services for countless categories, including residential dwellings, estate homes, commercial structures and agricultural ranches.
The Weese Team saw a need in Turlock for a local real estate company whose owner and agents live in and are a part of Turlock, they said, and wanted to give back to a community that has given them so much. Through excellent customer service, volunteer work and fundraising, both Weese and Wisdorf hope to help Turlock thrive.
“We are committed to giving back our time and resources to help those in need in our area through organizations and non-profits who are focused on our community,” said the Realtors. “Turlock is a great place to live, and we want to do our part to help maintain and enhance that.”
Valley Heritage Realty sets itself apart from other real estate firms in the area thanks to a wide range of consulting services, as well as the company’s business philosophy, said the pair.
“We believe we achieve success by helping others be successful and achieve their goals and dreams,” they said. “We believe that when we help others first, whether it’s by providing a level of service to our clients that they have not experienced from a real estate agent or being the resource for anything having to do with residential, agricultural or commercial property, success will also come to us.”
The Weese Team’s advice to potential buyers looking for a home in Turlock? First, find a good lender.
“Local lenders are important because in today’s competitive market, having a lender that has a reputation of being able to successfully close the loan on time can be the difference to having your offer accepted,” said The Weese Team.
Finding an agent who is knowledgeable about Turlock’s housing market is a crucial step, they added, and making the best offer one can on a home is of the utmost importance.
The Weese Team has seen many clients turn into lifelong friends, they said – one of the perks of working so closely with the Turlock community on a daily basis.
“Seeing families grow, adding children and grandchildren, and knowing we helped them pursue their dreams,” they said. “That’s our favorite part of the business.”
