Freda Lundell, 88, of Hilmar, passed away on Sunday. She was a member of Berea Lutheran Church in Hilmar and enjoyed bowling, camping and fishing. 

She is survived by her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Lundell of Hilmar; daughter, Llyn (Phillip) Souza of Hilmar; sister, Janie Haney of Idaho; grandchildren, Kathy (David) Rose, Kristen (Jeff) Lewis, Brent (Teresa) Souza, Karen (Duarte) Vitorino and Phil Souza; and great grandchildren, Dustin Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Joseph Rose, Angeline Rose, Alexander Souza, Ryan Souza, Meghan Souza and Brent Souza.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Berea Lutheran Church, 20019 Bloss Ave., Hilmar, CA 95324.  

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 12 at North Hilmar Cemetery, with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. at Berea Lutheran Church.
