Glenn Yates passed away peacefully at Garden City Health Care Center in Modesto on January 5, 2017. He was 79 and a long time resident of Denair. Glenn was born to James and Athalone Yates July 16, 1937 in Kenova, West VA. He came to California in the 1960s and owned and operated a septic tank company for over 30 years.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Roger, Charles and Mick Yates and a step daughter Beverly Hart. He is survived by his wife Gloria June, 2 children Jacqueline Gonzales and husband Greg and Douglas Yates and wife Delores. 3 step children Ashley Hart, Diane Hart and Christine Rocha and her fiance Ray Anderson. One sister Nora Alvarez and her husband Emilio. Ten grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, Jan. 16th at 1:00PM at Allen Mortuary.
